Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is recruiting for qualified person to fill the following job position:

Job Details:
The Job:
- Liaise with customers and sales team on payments and sales orders to ensure prompt delivery of products ordered.
- Track payments and reconcile any differences with accounts to ensure customers’ accounts are credited promptly.
- Keep customers updated on their orders, account balance and any development in the company, e.g. change in price, freight issues etc.
The person:
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to speak Hausa Language fluently;
- Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation;
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages
Qualification:
- OND in any discipline.
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
2 years’ customer relations experience.
