Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is recruiting for qualified person to fill the following job position:

Job Position: Helpdesk Supervisor

Job Details:    

The  Job:
  • Liaise with customers and sales team on payments and sales orders to ensure prompt delivery of products ordered. 
  • Track payments and reconcile any differences with accounts to ensure customers’ accounts are credited promptly.
  • Keep customers updated on their orders, account balance and any development in the company, e.g. change in price, freight issues etc.
The person:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to speak Hausa Language fluently;
  • Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation;
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages
Qualification:
  • OND in any discipline.
  • 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience: 
2 years’ customer relations experience.
