motivated professionals to fill the positions arising from recent
expansion:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Admin Manager
- Responsible for first line interaction with visitors to our head office.
- Answer telephones and transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff
- Manage correspondence, including e-mails and fax.
- Handle incoming mails and calls for enquiries
- Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing documents and parcels
- Maintain records and keeps track of office supplies
- Ensure general organization and tidiness
- Collate and maintain confidential customer information for loyalty scheme
- Perform general admin duties such as filing of documents etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A good first degree
- Must execute role with efficiency and effectiveness
- Must be confident, have good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Must be smart and well groomed.
