Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Admin Manager
  • Responsible for first line interaction with visitors to our head office.
  • Answer telephones and transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff
  • Manage correspondence, including e-mails and fax.
  • Handle incoming mails and calls for enquiries
  • Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing documents and parcels
  • Maintain records and keeps track of office supplies
  • Ensure general organization and tidiness
  • Collate and maintain confidential customer information for loyalty scheme
  • Perform general admin duties such as filing of documents etc.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A good first degree
  • Must execute role with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Must be confident, have good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Must be smart and well groomed.
