The Group also participates in businesses in other industries that are synergistic to its core field and those businesses deemed strategic in its regions of operation.
 Sahara Group (Oil & Gas) Limited is looking to recruit Junior Auditors.
 Job Title: Junior Auditor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
  1. Assist in ensuring the integrity of business operations and adherence to the company code of ethics. 
  2. Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control system, relevant legislations and established internal policies and procedures
  3. Assist in reviewing adequacy of the internal control and reporting of control lapses to Management.
  4. Carry out spot checks on departments as assigned by Head of Internal Audit.
  5. Assist in carrying out investigation as may be instructed by Management.
  6. Participate in conducting audit assignments.
  7. Assist in conducting stock counts on materials delivered to site as per request
  8. Assist in reviewing accounting system and related internal controls of the business.
  9. Serve as independent opinion on business issues when required.
  10. Other duties assigned by Management
 Additional Information
  1.  B.Sc in Finance/ Accounting and related field.
  2. Analytical skills, interpersonal skills, communication and good understanding of the business processes. 
  3. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
