Job Title: Sales Manager
Scope and Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for the delivery of professional customer care services and achievement of predefined sales targets in the designated area.
Strive towards performance improvement in order to make a positive contribution to the successful performance of Arik Air.
The Role
i) Lead, manage and inspire a committed as well as motivated pales team in a very competitive market
ii) Generate maximum profitable revenues and passenger volumes for Arik Air through directing and focusing the sales team to an agreed plan and activity.
iii) Establish the presence of the ailine as a major quality brand in Nigeria
Competencies
The preferred candidate should demonstrate high standard of professionalism and dynamism as well as be ready to work under pressure. He should have a strong hands on mentality and be a team player.
Qualification / Experience
A degree in Sales or Business Studies with 8 years sales experience, 4 of which should be at a senior level.
Good understanding of CRS and GDS is required.
