Job Title: Senior Program Officer, Program Support
Job Description
As a member of the Program Management Team, working with the AD, the SPO provides oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all FHI Nigeria activities in the assigned zones and states.
Provide management support to the ZO, state offices and IAs focusing on work plans, sub agreement management, periodic fund requests, review of MFRs/SFRs, and reporting.
Develop and oversee execution of systems for initiation, implementation, monitoring, amendment and close out of all sub agreements
Minimum Recruitment Standards:

Job Description
The Zonal Senior Technical Officer (M&E), under the supervision of the Zonal Manager, and with technical oversight from the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, is responsible for the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation for the zonal office. S/he will work with others in the zonal office and local implementing partners to ensure that zonal monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project’s M&E needs.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
MBBS/MD/Phd or similar degree with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in project level, or state/ national level M&E system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
Or, MPH/MS/MA in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years’ experience as above,
Or, BSc/BA in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or related fields with 7 to 9 years relevant experience as above.
Accountant
Job Description
The Accountant under the direction of the SFAO will assume responsibility for accounting in the zonal office and ensure compliance with the contractual financial requirements of the project.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
University degree in finance, business administration and related fields or recognized equivalents, CPA,ACA, ICAN or recognized equivalents, minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, related to NGOs and community level programs with increasing responsibility.
Technical Officer - Logistics
Job Description
The Technical Officer (Logistics) will assist the Senior Technical officer Logistics in the development of FHI 360 in-house capacity among the various departments, implementing agencies (IAs) and all tiers of government in all aspects of distribution and warehousing of health commodities. S/he will provide technical support and leadership to Nigeria’s efforts to strengthen the supply chain process of health commodities, using the LMIS supply chain management information system, to reduce stock-outs, lower costs and eliminate wastage.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
MPH or MSc/ MA in relevant field with 3- 5 years post NYSC experience in managing a PSM cycle including rational health commodities selection, forecasting/ quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/ storage, distribution and LAMIS
Or BSc/ BA in logistics, pharmacy or other relevant field with 5 to 7 years post NYSC experience as indicated above.
Technical Officer, Special Projects
Job Description
The Technical Officer - Special projects will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality prevention, care and treatment and health systems strengthening activities with primary focus on clinical care and public health management of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria at zonal and state levels.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
MBBS with 1 to 3 years’ post NYSC experience in clinical care and a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria including provision of anti-retroviral therapy in resource constrained settings. Possession of an MPH or other post graduate degree in a related field is required. Familiarity with the Nigerian public health sector and NGOs or CBOs will be an added advantage.
