1. Group Head, Brands
- Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years post NYSC Brand Management Experience, part of which must be in an ethical/controlled FMCG company.
- The jobholder must also have a good understanding of an Advertising Agency process.
- The Ideal Candidate must be a graduate of any of the social sciences or core sciences and must have good analytical,planning,presentation and interpersonal skills. possession of an MBA or Professional certification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Membership of APCON is Mandatory.
- Candidate must possess the ability to evaluate complex projects and recommend/implement sound solutions that will positively impact the business.
- Candidate must have a proven track record of excellent strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear direction for brand development, and moving the brand forward by developing clear cut strategies
- Stimulate winning business strategies to ensure growth and sustenance of profitability
- Participate fully in the development and presentation of well thought out proposals on marketing communications relevant to brand objectives
- Ensure proper execution of special projects and events such as product launches and consumer promotions
2. Manager, Trade & Channel Marketing
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years (Post NYSC) brand management experience part of which must be in an ethical/controlled FMCG company.The jobholder must also have a good understanding of an Advertising Agency process.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any of the social sciences or core sciences and must have good analytical,planning,presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Channel marketing,and membership of APCON is mandatory.
Candidate must have a track record of excellent strategic thinking,and be able to demonstrate good understanding of Trade dialogue.
Responsibilities

3. Deputy Brand Manager
- Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years (Post NYSC) brand management experience part of which must be in a blue chip FMCG company.The jobholder must also have a good understanding of an Advertising Agency process.
- The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any of the social sciences or core sciences and must have good analytical,planning,presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex projects and recommend/implement sound solutions that positively impact the business
- Experience in Channel marketing,and membership of APCON is mandatory.
- Candidate must have a track record of excellent strategic thinking,and be able to demonstrate good understanding of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Managing the client/agency interface in a professional manner, including adequate representation of the agency within the meida, suppliers and other specialized contractors
- Conduct periodic market survey and documentation of trends
- Participate fully in the development and presentation of well thought out proposals on marketing communications relevant to brand objectives
4. Assistant Brand Manager
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years (Post NYSC) brand management experience part of which must be in an ethical/controlled FMCG company.The jobholder must also have a good understanding of an Advertising Agency process.
- The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any of the social sciences or core sciences and must have good analytical,planning,presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Marketing,and membership of APCON is mandatory.
- Ability to evaluate complex projects and recommend sound solutions that positively impacts the business.
Responsibilities
- Organizing, management and conduct of special projects and events such as product launches and marketing/consumer promotions
- Conduct periodic market survey and documentation of trends
- Participate fully in the development and presentation of well thought out proposals on marketing communications relevant to brand objectives
- Learning to develop creative insights and concepts required for the successful execution of projects
