Job Responsibilties

•  Qualified and experienced in operating and building dual fueled electricity generating stations/local distribution networks
•  EPC experience of a dual fired power plant from concept development till completion
•  lead all the project development activities including land acquisition and regulatory clearance
•  coordinate with public sector and liaison with regulatory bodies
•  Essential quality shall be demonstrable execution skills and leading from the front, completing projects within the budget and schedule
•  assessing capital cost involved and execution with world class standards using project evaluation techniques and models
•  Fully aware of international codes/standards and specifications
•  coordinate the procurement activities tendering and bid management, estimations, techno commercial evaluations, negotiations etc.
•  identify vendors on the basis of service, quality, handling, negotiation, finalization and procurement of different equipment’s required
•  Operations and maintenance of daily operations and supervise all division and department managers
•  Plant responsibility technical solution delivery and workability, trouble shooting and emergency standards
•  leading all technical interfacing decisions between project technical scopes and ensure they are agreed, validated and integrated in schedule and budget
•  lead/assign all technical tasks to the technical team

•  plans and coordinates programs
•  carry out advanced engineering and technical tasks
•  perform independent research, reviews, studies, analyses in support of technical projects
•  Plant responsibility technical solution delivery and workability, trouble shooting and emergency standards
•  provide in depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering activities related to plant safety, reliability, maintainability and availability
•  provide electrical system calculations, electrical design, equipment procurement specifications, inter discipline coordination and client interface for power plant projects
•  provide design administration including staff coordination, project reporting and quality control
•  coordinated with procurement and construction project teams
•  Responsible for overall operations and maintenance of all power plants
•  Engineering design, procurement and construction experience of a dual fired power plant from concept development till completion

•  Knowledge of English language. Significant experience with experience in an international emerging market being a plus.
