- A Minimum of a Second Class Upper Degree obtained from a good university either in Nigeria or Abroad
- Professional Accounting Training

- Possession of MBA will be an advantage
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Capability of managing a number of projects at the same time
- Awareness of current business and financial situation
- Knowledge of local and national business support services/providers
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience of working with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to analyse businesses determining successes and failures
- Shall be responsible for providing independent business advice to the firm
- He will identify which support and specialist services the businesses require and recommend appropriate suggestions
- He will also be required to analyses the businesses to gain a full understanding of how it works and its future potential

- Ability to work within a mulch-disciplinary team
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive sales teams
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel.
- Will be in charge of the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned market
- He/She provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and own staff
- University Degree with solid track of core or project funding locally or internationally
- Possession of any relevant qualification or membership
- Demonstration of success with international development partners as well as local businesses
- Understanding of financial reporting standards in the voluntary sector as well as differing legal structures
- Experience in planning and developing effective fundraising strategies
- Responsible for fund research and bid writing through to full campaign management
- Expected to attend meetings with fundraisers and to provide strategic advice, business planning and training/mentoring mainly to staff of clients.
