Job Title:  Specialist - ERP and Collaboration Systems
Reports To: Manager-ERP and Collaboration Systems

Job Summary:
Ensure implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and collaboration systems, including on-going support, maintenance and performance


Principal Functions:

• Interact with business users/ vendors on gathering and classifying of documented business requirements (advisory support) for new ERP and collaboration systems solutions (implementation and integrations)
• Support ERP project team in the creation and monitoring of the ERP project plan and implementation schedule
• Co-ordinate all user acceptance testing, and report results in liaison with relevant business teams
• Facilitate user training on new ERP and collaboration systems
• Interact with management on management of relationships with 3rd party IT vendors/ suppliers
• Provide 2nd level support for application problems
• Contribute to and make recommendations on the deployment of upgrades and patches to ERP and collaboration systems
• Provide user assistance and direction for ad-hoc data reporting and queries; develop customized reports as required
• Provide support for the various operational units as agreed with management
• Attend team/ divisional/ departmental meetings as required

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline

Experience & Skills: Minimum of two (2) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
