- Responsible for ensuring that our client's product and platform are offered in alignment with the needs of the market.
- Develops creative additions to our client's products. and platform; including new products and expansions to the platform.
- Maintains a data base of all the company's strategic institutional relationships.
- Maintains a data base of all distributorships and partnerships
- Manages and maintains a database of local distributor and suppliers.
- Manages database of shop owners and ensures compliance.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree. or HND.
- Minimum of 2 Years relevant experience

- Responsible for ensuring that our client's products and platform are meeting the promise of quality and service delivery.
- Administers the quality assurance program
- Directs resolution to quality problems
- upplies corrective action to customers
- Improves the QA management system
- Drives continuous improvement
- Implements and monitors quality policies

- Minimum of 2 Years relevant experience

- Responsible for the execution of marketing strategies to meet agreed objectives.
- Responsible for managing the relationship between our client and the users of its platforms; Small, medium and large business owners, vendors, etc
- Coordinates the development of an annual rolling marketing plan. This should detail the year's activities to meet agreed company objectives.
- Resolves complaints of institutional clients within scope of authority; otherwise escalate.
- Achieves frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- Pursues potential strategic partnership for our client's products and platform.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree. or HND.
- Minimum of 2 Years relevant experience
