1. Associate Director, Operation Research/Monitoring & Evaluation
    Location: Abuja


MSH seeks an Associate Director for Operation Research/Monitoring & Evaluation for the PLAN-Health project, which will focus on building the capacity of Nigerian civil society organizations (CSOs) and government agencies at the state and local level to take ownership and responsibility for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. It also applies lessons learned from capacity building to better foster sustainable changes in the Nigerian Health System.

2. Technical Advisor, Monitoring & Evaluation
    Location: Abuja


The Technical Advisor – Monitoring and Evaluation, supervises the smooth day-to-day operation of PLAN-Health’s monitoring and evaluation activities, and PLAN-Health’s M&E capacity building activities. (S)he works with the M&E officer, and PLAN-Health’s Multi-Functional Teams (MFT’s) to coordinate these activities.

The Technical Advisor also serves as a resource for identifying best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to institutional capacity building of M&E systems, and for disseminating this information both internally and externally.  The Technical Advisor will exercise impeccable professional ethics, and will be aware of and adhere to MSH’s procurement integrity standards in all activities.

3. Monitoring & Evaluations Specialist
    Location: Field Office


The success of the OVC project depends largely on accurate, complete and timely reporting of achievements to PEPFAR/USAID. Achievement of set targets is of utmost importance to the OVC project. Hence, the objective of the M&E Specialist position is to provide technical leadership in the roll-out of OVC M&E plan in the states integrating it with other health and education systems and generating strategic data for program management, reporting and documentation of best practices. The M&E Specialist is also responsible in spearheading the roll-out of OVC M&E plan in line with PEPFAR and national reporting requirements and he/she is a member of the Zonal Project Management Team that is responsible for overall project performance in each Zones.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
    Location: Abuja


The objective of the M&E officer position is assist the M&E systems Associate Director in the management of the project M&E system to generate data and strategic information for program management, reporting, documentation of results, and publication of operational research findings. S/he will have a hands-on-experience at a senior position in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS and TB programs with very good analytical, presentation, communication and reporting skills. Practice in operational research is highly desirable.

5. Senior Program Officer
    Location: Field Office

 

The Senior Program Officer (SPO) will assist the Project’s Chief of Party (COP) in providing overall coordination of interventions for the Project in the State. The Senior Program Officer will manage all activities within the State and ensures coordination and collaboration with the State’s agencies and Commissioners as well as other implementing partners operating within the State.  He/she will ensure the integration of project activities into a single strategic approach at the State, Local Government, and Community Levels. He/she will assist the COP in providing an oversight and technical direction to the State Team and collaborates with the Technical Advisor for OVC and M&E to ensure the appropriateness and quality of interventions.

6. Procurement Assistant
    Location: Abuja


The role of the Procurement Assistant is to support the procurement officer to procure goods and services in compliance with MSH procurements policies and procedures. S/he collects proforma invoices on approved purchase requisitions, prepares offer analysis and makes recommendations.   Once the purchase order has been completed, the procurement Assistant will follow up to assure delivery. She/he maintains procurement data including supplier list and standards of goods and services, and ensures the effectiveness of procurement in timely and cost effective manner.
