Job Requirements
• Over three years experience in a similar position, having worked in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Preferably B. SC/HND or the equivalent in relevant field.
• Candidate must have a passion and enthusiasm for working in the hotel industry.
• Candidate must have a proven track record of working towards and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and organization skills is highly required.
• Candidate should be self motivated and result oriented.
• Contribute feedback to Regional Sales Manager and to the Hotel management on the market needs for future strategies within the category.
• Must have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
• Execute the Company's sales plans and ensuring profitability and growth.
• Develop. communicate and supervise the execution of sales plans. strategies for the unit and satisfy business objectives. as well as to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify, explore new sales opportunities also developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
• Computer expertise in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Driver's license is a requirement while an extensive knowledge of Abuja will be an added advantage.
