Job Description
 
The Indigo and IHPS sales and Business Development rep will be responsible for building and growing the Indigo and IHPS business in a defined territory in the MEMA region. This responsibility will be for Presses and for Supplies. Working in the MEMA region with many different countries and cultures requires a unique skill set and the ability to work in a very dynamic environment. In many of these countries the digital printing market does not exist and as market leaders it is our role to create it.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of presses
  • Support territory sales execs and deliver market and product experience during the sales cycle, working as a team
  • Support long-term business development to help influence market and develop new opportunities
  • Help identify target accounts and develop funnel to focus sales activity
  • Help identify the most appropriate solution to fit the customer needs
  • Use an analytical approach to create a compelling business case based on analysis of customer work and application of HP printing technologies.
  • Liaise with solution consultants to determine product configuration and end-to-end solution
  • Drive segment events and marketing activity with marketing manager
  • Responsible for all portfolio for segment
  • Spend a proportion of time working with the value chain (publishers etc) to drive business to the PSPs
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Commercial and industrial Printing Industry & technologies.
  • Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales or sales-related customer-facing activity
  • Understanding of end to end sales process for high-end capital goods
  • Understanding of DM / Publishing segments, digital printing,
  • Analytical and numerate. Understanding of the applications for the technology and the value proposition for the customer. Ability to create compelling business cases based on analysis of customer work and application of HP printing technologies.
  • Highly organized. Able to prioritize activities and drive a complex project plan.
  • Good communicator, strong advocate. Able to motivate sales team without direct management role.
