Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division
- 5 years degree in Tax/Legal (or its equivalent in Cameroun)
- ICAN/ACCA/CITN membership would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be conscientious, confident and composed
- CIT(GH) or ICA(GH) or its equivalent in respect of Ghana would be an added advantage
- Assist with internal and external quality assurance, ensuring all actions are completed in line with the firm's and professional standards
- Develop and strengthen client relationships
- Must not be more than 25 years old by 31 August, 2012
