1.) Grants Manager

Location: Abuja
The Grants Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the grants activities of the Nigeria MAPS Project. She Will oversee and monitor the implementation of activities, reporting, communications, and other functions to ensure successful execution of MAPS-awarded grants to up to 30 community-based organizations (CBOs) in seven states in Nigeria.

2.) The Operations Manager

Location: Abuja
He/She will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of cross-cutting functions among departments on the Nigeria MAPS Project. The Operations Manager will ensure and improve upon the efficiency of the project's implementation, internal operating procedures and human resource functions, among other tasks. The position will require significant daily coordination among departments, state offices and the FHI 360 Country Office and will be responsible for directly overseeing operations and procurement staff located in Abuja.

Location: Abuja
He/she will manage activities related to the procurement of materials, services and equipment required by the MAPS Project in collaboration with the Program & Admin Officer. S/he will be accountable for ensuring full compliance with USAID and FHI 360 regulations and protocols, and will coordinate closely with the operations, finance and technical teams to develop and implement a procurement plan in a timely and efficient manner. He will assist with monitoring departmental costs, schedules, and performance to ensure approval and payment of transactions and deliveries.

- BSc. in Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of six years post NYSC relevant experience working with grants management, which includes at least two years of
- experience in a managerial role.
- Prior experience working for an international NGO strongly preferred.
- Experience and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organizations' rules and regulations is required.
