Job Title: Credit Controller

Qualification/Experience
- A good university degree
- ILRM (Institute of Loan and Risk Management) and other credit control qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a credit control role and administration position
- 28 – 40 years
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage
- The Candidate will be responsible for the credit controller activities of the Hospitals. This involves managing the credit control staff, collection and remittances of debtors payments, as well as managing individual and corporate debtor accounts.
- To ensure that all financial matters are undertaken in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the group’s accounting policies and all other applicable regulatory guidelines
- Submission and Collection of due and outstanding invoices /payments of debtors both corporate and individual within organization timelines and cashflow requirements.
- Effective coordination and management of credit control team to achieve weekly and monthly collection targets.
- Reduction of bad and old debts (more than 12 months) on the receivables list
- Develop and maintain good account management relationships with clients.
- Interact with clients /customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Provide weekly and monthly receivables report to Finance, MDs and HODs.
- Develop credit policies
- Continuous Process Improvement
