• Knowledge of transport regulations -Essential
• People Management –Essential
• Influencing skills - Desirable
• IT literate –Essential
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities –Essential
• Proven track record of planning and forecasting -Desirable
• Budget Management and cost controls- Desirable
• Written and oral communication skills –Essential
• Ability to work in a demanding environment –Essential
• 4+ years Fleet/Workshop Management experience –Essential

Qualifications
• University education in Automotive Sciences / Engineering / Commerce - Essential
• Professional Diploma - Motor Vehicle Systems / Mechanical-Essential
• Professional Diploma - Logistics & Transport – Desirable
Primary purpose of the role: Responsible for the management/supervision of own fleet drivers and truck mate for Business Operation

General Accountabilities
•Daily p2c fleet report
•Tracking of p2c fleet(i.e. truck performance on finished goods and shuttle)
•Liaising with clients on trucks demand and availability
•Daily Vehicle Tracking & Reporting
•Vehicle Abnormality Reporting
•Liaise with w/shop team
•Fleet Planning and visibility

Local Accountabilities
•Fleet utilization
•Meeting daily target
