Job Title: Retail Sales Manager (Mobile Phones)

Requirements:
  • Minimum of first degree
  • 5 years related experience or above.
  • At least 2 years experience in channel development (open market)
  • At least 2 years experience in managing more than 20 promoters.
  • At least 2 years experience to achieve more than 20.000 pieces sales of mobile phones per year.
Responsibilities:
  • It Set up the Retail Market plan and promotion Strategy for our operator market and open- market.
  • Responsible for Dealership Management and also assisting distributors in the Channel of Sales
  • Responsible in fulfilling the Retail Market Target
  • Responsible in fulfilling the promotion activity
  • Responsible for the Retail work, such as building and Managing the promotion team
  • To maintain a good relationship with our customers.
