Job Details;
The candidates must have a clear understanding of the strategic importance of human resources and should have the ability to provide support to the Human Resource Manager
Job Qualifications;
To be successful in this role, candidates:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree. A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
- Must have at least 3 years post qualification work experience in a reputable institution.
- Must have the knowledge and understanding in handling and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Should be a qualified HR professional with certification by relevant professional institute
- Should not be more than 30 years
- Should have strong background and knowledge in all key human resource management and development domains
- Must have high computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, be able to work with little or no supervision and have good writing, analytical and communication skills.
