We are currently seek  a smart, mature and entrepreneurial Outlet manager for a trading and quick-service company located in Ibadan is urgently needed.

Job Title: Outlet Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities;
Candidate will be required to:

• Manage the general operation process of the outlet to ensure steady productivity
• Constantly identify needs for improvement and adopt creative strategies to meet them.
• Creatively generate ideas on improving the sales and profitability of the outlet
• Support in communicating the vision, mission and core value of the organization through creative programs and activities.
• Responsible for the research regarding branding and advertising.
• Develop strategy for keeping new and existing customers.
• Manage a team of 15 to ensure smooth running of the outlet.
• Coach and mentor team for career growth.
• Review and create functional protocols for the outlet.
• Coordinate shift management.

Job Requirements;

• Candidate must have at least 6 years post NYSC experience in the industry or related industry.
• Candidate must have at least BSc or BA in any course of study, a HR certification is an added advantage
