Health Alive Foundation (HAF) is a non-profit making, non-partisan, non-government organization (NGO) with headquarters in Ilorin, Kwara State. Since inception HAF has been initiating, promoting and implementing programmes to boost the socioeconomic Status and enhancing the health indices of women, children, the
physically challenged member in Nigeria. We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position at the headquarter office, Ilorin:



1.) Project Officer
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Min Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Location: Kwara
  • Job Field: Administration
Responsibilities:
  • The Project Officer will report to the Programme Manager and liaises between the M & E Manager, principal recipient, other sub Recipients and relevant stakeholders
  • Assist the Manager in providing technical direction and support in the Planning, implementation and review of the project activities
  • Assist in collating and analyzing monitoring reports for the states
  • Ensure all communication materials reach target communities.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in medical or social sciences,
  • MPH with experience in monitoring and evaluation in an NGO environment will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in design, implementation and management of health systems
  • Project management, research coordination and reporting experience required
  • Computer Literacy with experience in MS word applications and data analysis packages like Epi Info, SPSS STATA, SAS.

2.) Assistant Project Accountant
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Min Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years
  • Location: Lagos
  • Job Field: Accounting/Audit
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the various controls and financial measurements for the projects including budget limits, obligations and burn-rates, advising the Project Manager accordingly.
  • Review of report of advances submitted by partners.
  • Assist in prepare donor reports including quarterly financial reports Maintain an integrated financial system with up-to-date data.
  • To keep fixed asset inventory and prepare payment vouchers.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required
B.Sc or HND in accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience in NGO. Relevant professional qualification (ICAN etc.), ability to use accounting software packages especially quick book will be an added advantage and should have excellent skills in planning and organization.
