Due to an increasing workload and expansion of our onshore and offshore activities in
Nigeria, we are seeking for highly qualified, pro-active, fast learning, well organized and motivated Medical Personnel to reinforce our team.


Job Title: MEDICAL DOCTORS (REF: MEDR)

Job Type: Full Time
Min Qualification: MBA/MSc/MA
Experience: 8 years

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As part of his activities, he shall manage all issues concerning health continuously assessing, monitoring and safeguarding employees' health, in order to guarantee the optimal psycho - physical conditions for work performance of individuals.
  • Provide day to day technical and programmatic support related to Clinical Management of all health cases
  • Ensure that Health Administrative Activities are carried out on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintain a day-to-day records of all health activities in medical facilities, create a record filing system to keep track of all previous activities, maintain contacts with hierarchical superiors and managers of operations in order to plan different Health Initiatives

Qualification and Experience
  • Postgraduate specialization/consultant in emergency medicine/intensive care/anaesthesia, with working
  • experience in recognized hospital in Nigeria or abroad.
  • Full registration with the medical and dental council of Nigeria.
  • Preferably 8 years post NYSC experience.
  • Computer literate

Professional Skill
  • He must be able to, create, revise and implement health related documents and procedures, ensuring that Company policies, industry guidelines as well as international and local applicable laws, regulations or requirements are well respected
  • Advanced cardiac life support / Advanced trauma life support: Candidate must have a good knowledge on how to approach, manage and treat acute and life threatening trauma and cardiac cases, according to simplified and world-wide standardized medical protocol.
  • Candidate must know how to plan, implement and evaluate different Health preventive activities as required by specific job role; he must have the ability to execute a Health Prevention Plan (including for e.g. Health Promotion and Training Activities.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of how to design, implement and/or follow-up Health prevention programs, according to Corporate/company/project protocols.
  • Candidate must have the ability to handle medical emergencies including industrial accidents.
  • Knowledge of pre-defined MEDEVAC procedures and well equipped standard bealth facilities as well as being able to carry out documentation and procedures
  • Candidate must have a knowledge of KPI and benchmarking tools and techniques for medical reporting.
