Job Title: Analyst Utility, Administration


Location: Abuja, NG

Job Summary
Process diesel (AGO) and utility invoices and maintain comprehensive database of deliveries, generator run hours, delivery costs, generator and tank capacities and fuel delivery and consumption.

Principal Functions

  • Create/ maintain an accurate record of all transactions in Network Operations with regard to diesel delivery, utility and hybrid sites
  • Record all invoices from vendors and 3rd parties and also assist in the processing of invoices with Finance
  • Maintain a database of diesel delivery, generator capacities, run hours and sites connected to power utility (PHCN)/ hybrid systems
  • Maintain comparative analyses of diesel versus PHCN/ hybrid system usage
  • Maintain record of correspondence between the company and EOT vendors/ suppliers of diesel
  • Ensure sites with repeated diesel theft or outrageous diesel consumption are highlighted for proper investigation
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports of diesel delivery and consumption
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager. 
Educational Requirements
  • First degree or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or any other relevant discipline
Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Minimum of one (1) year directly relevant post-NYSC work experience with demonstrable proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle ERP
