Responsibilities:
- Telephone managment - receiving and answering calls
- Handling general enquires and welcoming visitors to the company
- Receiving mails, dispatching mails, and keeping records of all correspondence
- Minimum of HND in any related discipline
- Must have good dress sense
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent telephone techniques & good initiative
- Must have basic IT skills
