1.) Client Account Manager

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head, Sales & Marketing PMD, this person will be responsible for maximizing Company business prospects (including all products, services and agency products) with major clients in order to generate revenue for profitable growth year on year.

Qualification

• A relevant degree in Electronics / Instrumentation with a good knowledge of Process Control Automation systems and field instrumentation is a pre-requirement for this position. 
• Must have 10 to 15 years in Sales and Marketing or Account Management typically handling customers from process industry in Nigeria including major oil and gas customers. 
• Proven experience of engaging with senior management level contacts.

2.) Project Pursuit Specialist

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for project sales and execution in process management division.

Qualification

• The ideal candidate should possess a Minimum of a good bachelors degree or HND in Electronics / instrumentation and at least 10 years post qualification experience in project sales /execution with control systems and instrumentation.

Skills required

• Commercial skills 
• A project manager with sales flair will be preferred Conversant with Emerson or other relevant control and instrumentation systems and instrumentation project execution and sales 
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

3.) Metering Skid Facility Supervisor

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM Services, this person will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of Production Department in the procurement of materials, the design and manufacture of oil and gas metering systems.

Qualification

• This position requires an individual with a Mechanical Engineering degree or its equivalent with 5 to 10 years experience in product management and manufacture.
• Familiar with relevant international standards and codes of practice relating to metering systems 
• Certified to relevant Health and Safety standards 
• Experience in management of a metering skid facility is a pre-requisite.

Skills required

• Must be competent in running a metering skid facility 
• Ability to plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing activity to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. 
• Participate in design review / contract review meetings.  
• Ordering of fabrication materials 
• Establishment of painting, hydro test and stress relief procedures. 
• Contract management with project management skills 
• Proven record of revenue growth and customer service. 
• Financial acumen, marketing and negotiating skills.  
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office), 3D Autocad skills are a prerequisite

4.) Engineering Manager

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the GM Operations, this person will have overall responsibility for the scope, deliverables, resource utilization, schedule and quality of one or multiple projects. 
• This includes the responsibility for customer satisfaction, improving profit margin, and for overall management of projects from initial conception through to project completion.
• Planning, Scheduling, Measuring, Monitoring & Control of Engineering work.
• Responsible for Integrated Control and Safety System (mainly DCS, SIS, FGS and SCADA as well) Head Technical/Engineering Management functions and related contractual aspects of Project scope. 
• Deliver Technical compliance to the customer & project requirements/specifications and AOSO QMS requirements for the Project scope.  Manage and mentor the team of engineers assigned for projects and ensure high quality deliverables Direct the activities of multiple Lead Engineers, interface with customers to provide technical direction & solutions to meet project requirements. 
• Enforce strict compliance with Project Management Office standards & following industry standard practices & meet customer requirements.  
• Generate high productivity of team members and optimization of resource utilization through efficient engineering methods (usage of tools, templates, engineering standards). 
• Ensure team meets work hours estimates & support productivity programs to improve efficiency. 
• Drive lessons learned, sharing, Standard Design templates development & knowledge management in general as well productivity improvements & areas of improvement.
• Provide engineering scope status report to the Department Manager/Project Manager. 
• Deliver complete System engineering, documentation, FAT/IFAT, Start-up & successful commissioning at site. 
• Demonstrate leadership qualities with project personnel, support corporate policies, conduct goal setting and performance reviews for assigned personnel. 
• Responsible for development of personnel through training, coaching, and work assignments.

Qualification
Engineering graduate (Electronics/Instrumentation) with 15 or more years experience in Industry with at least 5-6 years of proven track record in Engineering Management functions with strong leadership and team building capability, in addition to sound knowledge of Instrumentation and Control/Safety Systems design and engineering.

Skills required

• Familiar with Design control, and Resource Management, DCS/SIS requirements, Safety system specification, networking standards etc. 
• Experienced in managing cross-functional/multi-cultural teams, participating in resource planning processes, and human resource development

5.) Lead Engineer Projects

Responsibilities

• The Project lead will have overall responsibility for the scope, deliverables, schedule and quality of one or multiple projects, based on the assignment.  
• Assures projects are completed in a timely, efficient, and profitable manner while maintaining customer satisfaction by scope definition, planning, monitoring, and controlling all project design resources and relationships utilizing AOS Orwell ISO procedural requirements.  
• This includes the responsibility for customer satisfaction, improving profit margin, and for overall management of projects from initial conception through project completion. 
• Planning, Scheduling, Measuring, Monitoring & Control of Engineering work. 
• Responsible for Integrated Control and Safety System (mainly DCS, SIS, FGS and SCADA as well) Technical/Engineering Management functions and related contractual aspects of Project scope.  
• Ensure Technical compliance to the customer & project requirements/specifications and AOSO QMS requirements for the Project scope.  
• Manage and mentor the team of engineers assigned for projects and ensure high quality deliverables 
• The Lead engineer will have overall responsibility for the technical implementation which includes understanding customer specifications, implementation plan with time lines, ensures complete understanding of customer needs by key personnel, shares information with team members. 
• The Lead engineer shall be responsible to prepare WBS and distribution of Task to relevant team members. 
• Generating FDS and DDS documentation, leading and directing technical teams on hardware and software design and third party system integration. 
• Assist PM to manage the cost reduction, and Change management on projects while improving customer satisfaction. 
• Develop Bill of Materials and lead FAT and Site activities. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Engineering graduate (Electronics/Instrumentation) with 10 or more years experience in Industry with at least 3-4 years of proven track record in Project lead /Sr.Project Engineer functions with strong technical leadership and team building capability, in addition to sound knowledge of Instrumentation and Control Systems design & engineering.  
• He should be familiar with Design control, Resource Management, schedule control. 
• The successful candidate is expected to have sound knowledge of DCS, SIS, FGS etc.  
• The candidate shall have experience in design, configuration, documentation, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance of DCS, SIS, SCADA and PLCs/ HMIs.  
• The candidate shall be highly IT savvy with knowledge of Project Management tools (MS-Project), Engineering Tools (ACAD). 
• The candidate is expected to have a flexible attitude and problem solving skills, be capable of working independently in the project team or with customers. 
• He should also have strong communication skills, with experience in working with teams of different cultures.  
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV and DeltaV SIS will be preferred. 
• However, candidates with right experience on other DCS and SIS systems will also be considered. 
• Familiar with Design control, and Resource Management, DCS/SIS requirements, Safety system specification etc.  
• Familiar with IEC61508/61511, Intrinsic safety, Networking, Communication and Protocols, Foundation Fieldbus and OPC is required.
