- • Responsible for executing the country agenda on P Loans, Mortgage, Credit Cards, Retail Deposits, Cash Management and Trade Working Capital (TWC) products to deliver sustainable growth across all Retail Products.
- • Responsible for growing market share and increasing client level profitability by supporting new acquisition and relationship teams and portfolio management of all Retail Products based on client needs
- • Achieve the Revenue, Balance Sheet, Product Margins and Loss adjusted Returns as per budget
- • Ensure consistent Service and Product delivery on client propositions as per budgeted benchmarks by indentifying challenges related to (a) products and processes design, for resolution by Retail Product team in the region & centre and (b) process execution within Sales, Operations and Service teams, for resolution in country with the relevant stakeholders.

- • Implement and commericalise global standard Product program for all retail products [P Loans, Mortgage , Credit Cards, Retail Deposits, Cash Management and TWC products] in Nigeria.
- • Collaborate effectively with the Segment teams, Client Acquisition and Relationship teams and CIC/ TB to leverage the eco-system and help deliver budgeted Balance Sheet and NFI targets
- • Execute global standard Product Optimization strategies to deliver Product level RoRWA
- • Implement the integrated product segment strategy to launch/re-launch the program value proposition and specific enablers and track program performance along with the segment team
- • Optimize fees and charges to create value for clients in line with TCF principles
- • Ensure scorecard alignment with product strategy through active participation in the RCIC
- • Support RC academy for the development of appropriate training content for the acquisition, relationship and service teams
- • Responsible for Portfolio health on relevant products – delivery through regular engagement with Risk teams in country, region and group to track portfolio performance (through lead indicators) and taking necessary actions to ensure loan impairment is within approved and acceptable limits.
- • Responsibile for ensuring governance and controls around Lending products are in line with CAD and global PPG. In particular ensuring that there there is a documented and standardised process with credit policy oversight on collateral management for secured lending products and recovery of instalments for Deduction at Source Programs across markets
- • Manage approval rates for all lending products in conjunction with the Client Acquition, Relationship and CI teams
Product & Service Delivery
- • Have oversight and ownership on end-to-end (standard) process to ensure execution of on-boarding for clients and fulfillment of products through engagement with relevant stakeholders involved in executing the standard process to ensure we deliver a seamless client CVP
- • Complaints & Client Experience: Collaborate closely with the CEPG teams to Identify gaps and design failures in existing process and products and work with global and regional product teams to solve for endemic design issues to improve overall product and Service delivery
Product Launches & Product Maintenance
- • Execute the global Product standardization and Product rationalization agenda across Lending Products
- • Work with segment and frontline teams to identify client needs and launch existing global product solutions to meet these needs. In the absence of existing global solutions work with the regional team to have the relevant proposition developed as a global solution for implementation
Governance
- • Manage compliance of PPGs & CADs
- • Ensure compliance to Group & Country AML and CDD policies.

Qualifications & Skills
- • Should be a graduate or a Post graduate
- • Minimum 10 years of industry experience and must have worked in Nigeria retail banking environment
- • Should have a background in Product Management of Retail Lending or SME Products
- • Should have a good understanding of Risk Management
- • Should have worked in Sales and have frontline experience
- • Should be numerate, good at understanding fianncials and have an analytical abilities
- • Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and be comfortable with change management.
2.) Senior Relationship Manager, Client Solutions Team
Job Description
Senior Client Coverage for identified Large Local Corporates, providing strategic level advise and execution. The role calls for high level opportunity spotting and detailed risk and opportunity analysis, thereby allowing the Bank to pitch value added solutions to the promoters. This has to be combined with focused and efficient execution.

- - Identify opportunities within target clients across a wide spectrum of products and services ranging from Working Capital and Straight Debt, Corporate Finance, M&A, PE etc.
- - Understand and analyse complex organisations with limited information availability. Ability to extrapolate based on market norms, similar client profiles and build out a business case and model to submit for senior level credit approvals.
- - A passion for execution and ability to focus and follow through on deals, including any administrative chores that may become road blocks unless identified and dealt with.
- - Develop a close rapport with Promoters and Senior Management of target client.
- - Develop a close working relationship with Internal Product Partners, External Legal counsel, Tax Advisors etc.
Qualifications & Skills
- - MBA with a focus on Finance.
