Qualifications & Requirements

o Computer skills (ms word, Excel, Power point, telephony and call centre systems) .

o Good knowledge of inbound & out bound calls.

o A team leader.

o People management.

o Problem resolving.

o Training.

o 1-3years experience as a supervisor in call centre

o Should live within/around Surulere
