We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Graduate Account Associate

Location: Abuja

Job Description:
Assist in performing the following;

• Handling Bank transactions, handling Vendors Accounts.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, customer invoices, cheque requests, manual cheques, contract payments and other necessary documents.
• Ensure purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matched
• Maintain and make necessary adjustments to various records and/or logs such as journals, payroll/ time reports, or property records.
• Sort documents and post debits/credits to proper account. Balance entries and makes necessary corrections. Ensure proper checks and balance of accounts.
• Assist in managing Financial Resources of the Company.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly management account in comparison with budget
• Assist in managing cash-flow projection statements
• Maintaining and Reconciliation of receivables and payables.
• Reconciliation of Customer and Vendors Ledgers.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the firm's management
• Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting package will be an advantage.
• Applicants should be residenced in Abuja but ready to work in any part of the country if the need be.

Job Requirements;

• Must hold a B.Sc in Accounting.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Experience: 0-1 year (NYSC inclusive).
