Role Synopsis

Manages activities of workshop / maintenance area to support Completions Operations in meeting their operational activity in a safe and effective manner. Develops and manages budget compliance, makes recommendations on work place facility and tooling requirements. Coordinates specifications and procurement of capital expenditures. Responsible for planning, coordination and direction of all workshop / maintenance operations, from day-to-day activities working closely with Operations Coordinators up to and including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance and equipment repair to support operations. Ensures competent technical workforce to conduct business. Ensures compliance with HSE and Inventory
company processes. Handles special projects, as assigned. Skills and Knowledge required:

Extensive technical background and knowledge of the preparation / maintenance of Completions Product Line equipment; safety valves, flow control, production packers, liner hangers, sand control, intelligent completions, fishing services. Workshop experience 10 years+ covering workshop support of deepwater, shallow offshore and land completions activity. Good knowledge of SAP. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide and direct employees. Ability to develop and train employees.


Education, Experience and Training required:

High school Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years experience in maintenance. 5+years supervisory experience.
