In preparation for business growth and expansion, opportunity
has been created for fresh graduates to join the organization through
its 2012 Management Trainee Programme.
About the Management Trainee Programme
The Management Trainee Programme is the entry level to a promising
career in the organization where successful candidates will be made to
go through a period of learning and development to fastrack their career
in the organisation.
The MTP is designed to attract, develop and build a pipeline of potential leaders for the future of our client’s business.
During the programme, candidates will be exposed to the various
functional areas of the organization through classroom and on-the-job
training. At the end of the programme, successful candidates will be
deployed to work in various functional areas of the organization as
Middle Managers.
Who we are looking for
This employment opportunity is for self starters who are willing to
learn new things, passionate about implementing them in solving work
related problems and can work effectively in teams.
Below is the minimum requirement for applying for the Management Trainee Programme;
- First degree in any Social Science (e.g. Economics, Business Admin), Finance, Engineering
- Not more than 26 years old
- Must have completed NYSC
- Minimum of second class upper degree
