Job Title: Officer, Trade Liaison and Due Diligence

Job Description;
To administer/provide trade product support to customers in line with CIB, TPS and Standard Bank strategy, vision and values
Job Purpose;
  • Provide support to Trade Sales team
  • Customer Transaction event status notifications and follow up.
  • Client interface for Trade Enquiries and Issues resolution
  • Administrative functions within Trade Sales (transaction funding, IFF disbursement and other approval tickets, client request logs)
  • Tracking and escalation of Maturing Trade obligations
  • Reporting (team and management
