Job Title: Business Developments Representative
Description of Function
The Business Development Rep will ensure we develop and maintain key client relationships, deliver reliable data and provide strategic direction on pursuits to allow our client to be best placed to win work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the Strategic Pursuit Process and provide the necessary training & support
• Provide management of High Level Client Visits by Country management and Executive team
• Control MCR (Market Contact Report) overview of Numbers/Actions
• Interface with the Tendering teams to discuss pursuit plans, tender strategies, look ahead and general market intelligence
• Attain and distribute client feedback
• Manage/Control client Events/Entertainment
• Manage Client relationship with intermediate management and below for the IOC.
• Manage relationship with intermediate management and below for Nigeria Content and Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB)
• Manage relationship with Intermediate management and below for NAPIMS.
• Write and analyse reports on projects or activities of the IOC
• Issue a bi-weekly Business Development report of the IOC activities.
• Have a clear understanding of the organisation protocol for the companies
• Provide documents to support Business plan
• Obtaining and updating and reporting competitors strengths and weaknesses
• Attend bid clarification meetings
• Identify areas of improvement in the way we pursue our business
Required Skills
CAPABILITY PROFILE – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS
Minimum 7 years experience in the Business Development or related in the Oil and Gas Industry.
