Job Titles:

MANAGER (OPERATIONS) REF:MOP 001

Candidate Profile:

•BSc/HND in Social Sciences, Insurance, Actuarial Science or other numerate discipline.
◦Possession of a higher degree especially the MBA would be an added advantage.
◦Should possess the professional insurance qualification (ACIIN or ACII).
◦At least 8 years relevant work experience
◦Hands on experience in insurance sales and / or underwriting
◦Excellent report writing and presentation skills
•Will need to meet demanding targets, while servicing an active and expanding portfolio of clients
◦Not more than 35 years old.


BRANCH MANAGER (ABUJA) REF:BR 001

Candidate Profile:
•BSc/HND in Social Sciences, Insurance, Actuarial Science or other numerate discipline.
◦Professional qualification (ACIIN or ACII) will be an advantage.
◦At least 8 years relevant work experience
◦Hands on experience in insurance sales and / or underwriting
◦Excellent technical, presentation, organizational and report writing skills
◦Have knowledge of the Federal Capital Territory and adjoining states, with a proven ability to generate new business streams and management of a large portfolio of existing accounts.
◦Not less than 32 years old.


SENIOR MANAGER REINSURANCE REF: SMRI 001

Candidate Profile:

•BSc/HND in Social Sciences, Insurance, Actuarial Science or other numerate discipline.
◦Possession of a higher degree especially the MBA would be an added advantage.
◦Professional insurance qualification (ACIIN or ACII).
◦At least 10 years relevant post qualification experience
◦Excellent technical, presentation, organizational and report writing skills
◦Not more than 42 years old.


HEAD -(INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) REF: IT 001

Candidate Profile:

•BSc/HND in Computer Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant courses
◦Possession of a higher degree will be an added advantage.
◦Acquisition of relevant professional certifications like MCITP,CCNP, ITIL, MCP, and MCTS is advantageous
◦At least 8 years post-NYSC experience with 5 years hands-on
◦Hands on experience in insurance sales and / or underwriting
◦Excellent verbal and writing skills
◦Age not likely to be less than 30 years old.
