Job Position: Restaurant/Outlet Manager
Job Location: PortHarcourt, Rivers
Job Description
Key responsibilities for the position includes but not limited to:

- Organize and structure the department
- Maximize sales and departmental profitability
- Ensure a smooth F&B operation with high standards of product and service delivery
- Develop the Marketing and promotion of F&B outlets
- Enhance internal/external relations
- Facilitate human resources development through communication and training
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Technical Knowledge and ability to manage F&B operation through:
- Extensive knowledge of the product and service of international cuisine
- A minimum of 7 years experience in F&B operation in an international hotel chain
- Budgeting and forecasting knowledge
- Marketing and strategic planning knowledge
- Profit and loss analysis knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills
Human Relations Skills
- Ability to lead, supervise and manage subordinates
- Ability to motivate employees
- Ability to conduct yearly performance appraisals
- Ability to oversee training requirements and develop personnel
- Ability to develop relations with clients and potential customers
